Job Description:
Data Entry: Accurately enter data from source documents into computer systems or
databases, using established procedures and quality control measures.
Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data, through visual
inspection, quality control checks, and cross-referencing with source documents.
Data Management: Organize and manage large datasets, including creating and
maintaining databases, and ensuring that data is appropriately secured and backed up.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of data entry activities, including documenting
any issues, discrepancies, or errors encountered during the data entry process.
Reporting: Generate routine reports summarizing data entry activities and progress and
identifying any data quality issues or challenges.
Communication: Communicate data entry issues and challenges to project staff and
stakeholders and recommend solutions to address them.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of data entry procedures
and quality control measures, including documenting any changes or revisions made to
these procedures.
Training: Train and support other staff members in data entry procedures and quality
control measures, as needed.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other project staff, stakeholders, and external
partners, to ensure that data entry activities align with project goals and objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve data entry processes and quality control
measures, by reviewing and revising procedures and tools, and staying up to date with
emerging trends and best practices in data management.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: High school graduate or Bachelor's or degree in a relevant field such as
economics, psychology, sociology, anthropology, and other related fields.
2. Experience: At least 1 years of experience in conducting relevant research studies.
3. Project management skills: Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and
manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
4. Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate cross-functional teams,
manage conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met.
5. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate
project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
6. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to review project data and make informed decisions
based on the results.
7. Client management skills: Ability to manage client relationships, provide updates on
project progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
