Proposed SOP for Valsa Sarawak

Individual
1. Every person must sanitize their hand upon entering the office.
2. Body temperature will be measured and recorded into the Staff Health Record Form. If
temperature is 37.5°C or more, the person is not allowed to enter the office.
3. Every person who enters must declare their current health condition and travel history in
the Staff Health Record Form.
4. If symptoms of fever, flu or cough appear, the person must inform ahead of time before
arriving at the office, and recommended to go to the clinic or hospital immediately.
5. Every person is only allowed to enter the office with a face mask. Once inside, the face mask
must be safely disposed of into the bin and replaced with a new one. New face masks are
provided in the office.

Workplace
1. Social distancing must be practiced at all times within the office, at least 2 metres apart
between work stations.
2. Sanitization of the workplace is carried out at least twice a day.
3. All company vehicles must be sanitized before and after each use.

Company
1. The company monitors health conditions of all staff closely during the pandemic.
2. In the occurrence of a COVID-19 case within the workplace, the company will cooperate with
all relevant authorities to assist in efficient tracing of the virus.
3. The company will take serious action on individuals who do not comply with the SOP.
