Good day! We are writing this letter to request for an extension of thirty (30) days in our
delivery schedule under P.O. number 2023-04-159 with Project Name: SUPPLY and
DELIVERY OF EPSON PRINTER 003 BLACK INK with last day of delivery schedule
tomorrow, June 7, 2023. Though we wish to deliver the items within the contract date,
several circumstances delayed us from realizing our agreement and these are as follows:
1. Our main supplier shipped the consumables/inks together with our other orders and
because the cargos are big and bulky, it is always offloaded.
2. We tried to find another supplier to provide us the requested consumables/ink but to
no avail because of high demand and low supply.
We are asking for your understanding on this matter. Your approval of our request will surely
leave an insurmountable impact in our company. Thank you and more power!
