Toss it around your neck on a chilly evening. Throw it over your shoulders for a summer night stroll. Wrap it around
your hips for a quick beach cover-up. Stash it in your purse when you head to the movies or a special dinner, just in
case the A/C freezes you out. Lots of options.
And with mainly triple crochets and chains, you can make this in a weekend!

• This size of this shawl can be modified if need be, so no worries if you have slightly less than 800
yards.
• Another option is to use dk or worsted weight yarn held single. In such case, you’ll need only 400
yards.
PATTERN
We’re using fingering weight yarn, but holding Row 3: Ch 4 (counts as first trc). 2 trc in first trc.
