Rationale:
In accordance with the vision, mission, core values and guiding principle as a learner-centered private institution, the Immaculate Heart of Mary School Faculty
Development Program implement an appropriate and meaningful educational experiences in the aspects of the following development; Intellectual Development,
Physical Development, Spiritual Development, and Social Development to Immaculate Heart of Mary School faculty members who are the facilitator of teaching-
learning process.
The implementation of K-12 Curriculum Program is expected to produce effective teachers who are more resilient, competitive and collaborator as committed to
develop, nurture and sustain the development of every faculty member. The Professional Development encourages faculty member to improve and strengthen their
field of specialization and pursue comprehensive growth and development as person and as learner. The Faculty Development Program anticipated to be effectively
done, as it opportunely benefited to those learners who has a well-trained and skilled professional faculty member that promotes excellence.
This program of Immaculate of Heart of Mary School continue to establish and provides relevance and effectiveness of school’s vision, mission, and core values.
The Faculty Development Program establish an extensive principle as part of Department of Education to cultivate and uphold the effectiveness of faculty’s personal
and professional progress.
