1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?
- The teacher’s modulated voice affects the students behavior in class during instruction,
this brought huge effect because their attentions are caught with the voice of a teacher
and also even in back seats the instructions are clearly said.
2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?
- The learners are motivated to be on time always because the teacher’s always consider
time as important matter. As a teacher we need to train them to be on time always and
be responsible in terms of time management.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?


- We have to always check the physical aspects of a classroom because as far as I know
the classroom is the second home of a children we have to always consider the safety
and comfortability of every learners.

Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.


1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.
“No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom management.”
- This statement wants to say that their will be no good instruction if we cannot manage
our classroom effectively, yes because their will be no effective outcome if one of this
important matters in classroom is not present. We should always keep this two aspects
in our mind to better handle our classroom in the future.
2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?
- First I’m going to establish my classroom rules and classroom routines for a regular
doings in the classroom, it should have stated clearly. And the students also can read it
and understand it clearly. Rules and classroom routines are one of the most important
aspects in classroom management.

- The strategies that are implemented by my Resource teacher are differentiated
instruction, independent activities for learners, group activity. Yes it does this strategies
let the students to be aware of how are they going to do with such activities given. This
implies their individual rules during this given activities.
2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have been
used instead? Explain.
- The strategy that is not used is technology integration, yes it is very important during
the discussion because we all know that integrating technology as a has a very
important rule in motivating the students to learn and also to catch their attention and
intention to during the class.

1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types of
learners?
- in my own opinion the most needed strategy to employ in a diverse types of learners is
a differentiated instruction. why ? because we all know that differentiated instruction is
needed to instruct every learner capabilities and abilities to ensure that even though
they are in a diverse community they are going to learn with their own needs.
