LETTER OF WITHDRAWAL

Sir,

I, Jennifer M. Cerdena, would like to express my desire to drop my subjects for this current semester, SY.
2023 – 2024.

I am a working mom with two kids currently employed at the Municipal Trial Court of Santa Ignacia,
Tarlac as ____________. Due to my work schedule as well as the need to be there for my family, I have
little to no time to devote myself to the discipline of Law.

I thank you for allowing me to enroll in this prestigious institution and I apologize for any misgivings or
inconvenience this request may have caused. However, I have to set my priorities straight, and thus am
communicating my choice through this letter.

I hope that my withdrawal does not cause any inconvenience to the department or the university.
Please let me know the process for withdrawing from the course and any further steps that I need to
take.

I do hope that you can accept my humble request.
