BUSINESS PLAN

Chapter One
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Proposed Name of the Business

The proposed name of the business is “Aqua Blast”.

The name "aqua" comes from the proprietors' belief that including the company's primary topic, water, is
essential to attracting clients and making the company's mission clear. "Blast" on the other hand emphasizes the
combative part of the business as it involves throwing water balloons to win the game.

Additionally, customers won't have trouble pronouncing the name, increasing the likelihood that it will remain
in their minds.

Name of the Owner/s

The business is owned by Ainzly Cruz, Alexus Abeto, Aporbo Russel, Attasha Samantha Macalino, Joel
Dichoson, John Paul Gugulan, Kyle Isaac Bernardino, Matthew Torres, Nathan Railey, Shemree Romero, Travis
James Tadena, and Zaicy Gail Pabalinas since they are all equally committed to ensuring that the company will offer
its customers the finest possible goods and services and share the same vision for the future.

Description of the Proposed Business and Business Model

The store will provide various prices, depending on the number of players and the amount of time they will
spend playing. A base fee will be set, but it will change based on how long players play for or if they avail of any other
special services such as additional water balloons. The base fee will consist of 37 balloons during the whole game
and the players will also have the option to avail water guns.

Inflatable balloons will be provided for the players to toss towards each other. Each participant will start the
game with a certain number of lives, and after those lives are used up, they are out of the game. The primary objective
of the game is to hit the members of the opposing team on the paper that will be placed on their stomach area. Once
a player is hit on the paper, they are out of the game. The team with the last man standing wins the game.

To prevent stains on the players’ clothes, raincoats will be provided as safety gear. Shoe covers will also be
given depending on the wish of the players. Options will be given regarding how durable they want their safety
equipment to be, but additional fees will be applied to these.

To accommodate the kids who are not big enough for the raincoats yet, a game where they can throw water
balloons or shoot water guns at cans will be provided.

The key elements of the game will be each player’s agility, and precision when it comes to hitting their targets.
Prices will be handed to the winners of the game, and consolation prices will be given to the losers.

In keeping with the overall theme of the business, the entire process will take place in a well-protected and
waterpark-themed environment where customers will be able to freely take pictures.

Reason for Why This is an Attractive Business Opportunity

Aqua Blast is a water-based combat business that aims to provide a one-of-a-kind and interactive game that
offers consumers a unique and engaging game that they can enjoy with their friends. It also allows them to vent their
frustrations in a non-harmful way through the process of throwing these water balloons. The owners are confident
that the Anthonian Community, including all of the employees, will gain not only wonderful memories but also new
friends through Aqua Blast.
Key Distinction or Differentiators of the Business Vs. Competitors

During the foundation week, the company wants to make sure that the customers will have very memorable
and delightful experiences, creating beneficial connections among friends and new acquaintances.

What separates Aqua Blast from its competitors is its heavy focus on encouraging collaboration. It also aims
to encourage excellent cooperation and strategic planning among players. This also ensures a stimulating and
appealing experience during foundation week.

Furthermore, the essential skill of learning to work together with others will provide long-term advantages in
many facets of their lives. This company stands out from the crowd because, as previously said, our game requires
physical activity, requiring players to move and expand energy.

Afterwards, they will be led to the playing area where they will be oriented by the facilitators in-charge about
the mechanics of the game, then and there the game will start.

On the contrary, those students who choose to play solo will be directed to the area near the group
category where they will be oriented on what to do and facilitated by one of the staff up until the end of their game.
As the game ends, various prizes will be given to the players depending on how many points they earned
throughout the game. Major prizes consist of a fan pen and magic cube maze. And minor prizes include stationeries
such as pens, sticky notes, and notebooks.

Distribution Logistics:

Distribution of the company's goods will be handled completely by the prize managers and will originate from
the main store.

The sourcing phase of the distribution logistics process begins when the business owners identify a reliable
source for their goods. The proprietors will standardize these things, and if they pass, they will be put on display at
the store for the subsequent step.

Following sourcing, the actual distribution, during which the products are given to the clients, will take place.
A point system will determine the reward's size and cost; the more points a consumer has, the bigger the gift they
can choose.

The distribution itself will be packaged in appealing forms that will catch consumers' attention and encourage
them, even more, to play Aqua Blast and take full advantage of its special offers.

Regulatory and other compliance issue:

1. Weather – Due to the outdoor location of the business, inclement weather could discourage people from
visiting. In order to make sure that customers are comfortable regardless of the weather, tents and other
essential covers will be set up in advance.
2. Water Source – Due to the business's dependence on water, a water interruption could cause it to shut down.
Accordingly, the owners will get in touch with the relevant parties to make sure that there won't be any water
interruptions while the business is open.
3. Insufficient Prices - In order to avoid shortages, the owners will offer as many rewards as the available funding
allows.
