August 2022 - Current
● Develop self-paced eLearning courses, job aids, infographics, videos, and other training materials to
support efforts in sales processes adoption and go-to-market strategy.
● Manage multiple course projects and report their progress with stakeholders, senior project
managers, and SMEs in presentations and meetings to ensure tight deadlines are met and roles are
defined.
● Design training templates for sales enablement team members to utilize during their own
development of courses and training materials.
● Leading the Sales Leadership Curriculum project and managing the team’s progress throughout the
development of the courses.
Achievements:
● Nominated as the “Accountability” star in the 2023 Q3 Global All Hands meeting, often displaying not
only personal accountability but holding team members accountable for continuous progress.
● Intervened in a Whiteboard project that encountered several month long delays and blockers, and
led the project to completion in 2-3 weeks.
● Developed the first DE&I content checklist for training developers in the GTM team to use to

● Designed and developed self-paced eLearning courses, adult training programs, and job aids such
as slide decks, infographics, and more for field staff and educators using the ADDIE model and gap
analysis to assess training needs.
● Led and facilitated a live virtual training series on ways to develop a growth mindset, how to give
constructive feedback, and change management with a pilot audience (Recruiting team).
● Managed various tasks to launch a new Learning Management System (LMS) system with the
development of surveys, banners, badges, and creating a scavenger hunt to increase participation
by leveraging the gamification features. The LMS company plans to adopt this scavenger hunt idea
to future clients as a result of the success.
● Decreased training time by 65% for a USDA yearly training by transferring the format from a live
webinar to a video and a handout.
● Partnered with the head of Talent Acquisition to start the process of developing an employee
mentorship program to support efforts in employee retention and professional development.
Achievements:
● Obtained the Adobe Captivate Professional certificate to develop various types of courses in
Captivate such as virtual reality, non-responsive, demos, etc.
● Nominated to represent the training department in the Wellness committee to develop wellness
initiatives and activities at the company.

company wide mentorship program, for both field and corporate employees.

● Collaborated with the Director of Training and Development to create an onboarding workbook for
onsite staff at a multifamily investment, development and property management company.

● Administered an innovative technological therapy to mental health patients with electromagnetic
stimulation to the brain.
● Created the first onboarding documents, training, and curriculum for new employees using the

● Developed marketing materials for patient education and collaborated with the marketing team to
design the clinic’s website to promote the treatments offered.
Achievements:
