DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, KARL BRYAN V. JEREZA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married with residence at Purok
Bougainvilla, Brgy. Tibsoc, San Enrique, Negros Occidental hereinafter referred to as the
TRANSFEROR, AND GRACE ANN LACSON, married, of legal age, Filipino, with residence
address at B33 L55 JOSEFINA ST. ERORECO BACOLOD CITY, hereinafter referred to as the
TRANSFEREE,
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the Transferor has lawful right over the parcel of land with an area of 200 square
meter. including all existing buildings/improvements thereon located at Pasil, Brgy. Poblacion,
San Enrique, Negros Occidental;
WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 580,000.00), Philippine currency, paid by the Transferee, the Transferor is
transferring all his rights and interest over said parcel of land including all existing
buildings/improvements thereon in favor of the Transferee;
WHEREAS, Transferee accept said transfer.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above whereases, the Transferor transfers
and conveys unto the said Transferee, all his rights and interests over the above-mentioned parcel
of land with an area of 200 square meter. including all existing buildings/improvements thereon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto signed these presents, this 9th day of September
2023 at San Enrique, Negros Occidental.
