ACTIVITY DESIGN ON INTEGRATED CULMINATION CELEBRATION: “HARMONY IN

DIVERSITY FESTIVAL"

I. RATIONALE:

The Harmony in Diversity Festival serves as a comprehensive culmination

event that unites four distinct celebrations – Learning Camp Culmination, Balik-
Eskuwela Culmination, Buwan ng Wika Culmination, and ASEAN Culmination –
into a singular and impactful experience. This integration is rooted in our
commitment to fostering a multifaceted educational journey that celebrates
cultural richness, global perspective, learning achievements, and a vibrant sense
of community.

Learning Camp Culmination crowns the journey of intellectual and

personal growth. Acknowledging the achievements of participants, this event
exemplifies the spirit of curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning. By
showcasing individual accomplishments, we inspire all students to approach
challenges with enthusiasm, recognize the value of diverse learning experiences,
and envision a future ich with possibilities.

Balik-Eskuwela essence extends a warm welcome to our school community.

This celebration marks the commencement of a new academic year with open
arms. By creating an inclusive atmosphere that reconnects students, parents,
and teachers, we emphasize a shared commitment to education, personal
development, and community support.

Buwan ng Wika underscores the importance of or cultural heritage and

linguistic identity. By engaging in language-based activities and exploring the
depth of Filipino traditions, we instill a profound sense of pride in our students
and emphasize the role language plays in shaping our collective narrative. This
celebration offers a gateway to understanding our past, appreciating our
diversity, and nurturing a sense of belonging.

ASEAN broadens horizons beyond borders. Emphasizing the unity and

diversity within the ASEAN community, this celebration encourages students to
embrace global perspectives. By showcasing the uniqueness of each nation while
highlighting shared values, we promote intercultural appreciation, international
collaboration, and a sense of responsibility toward a harmonious world.

Harmony in diversity Festival encapsulates these four pillars within a

single event, synergizing their essence to create a tapestry of educational
excellence. This celebration showcases that by embracing our heritage,
embracing global perspectives, embracing growth, and embracing unity, we
foster an environment where every student can flourish holistically, becoming
not just learners, but compassionate, responsible citizens of the world.
