DESIGNATION OF SCHOOL PAPER ADVISER

In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as the SCHOOL
PAPER ADVISER of DAPRESS, the official school publication of Dr. Alfredo Pio de
Roda Elementary School effective immediately in addition to your regular teaching
loads (references: RA 1880, CSC Resolution No. 080096, DepEd Memo 291 s. 2008, DepEd Order
No. 16, s. 2009, RA 9155, Magna Carta for the Public School Teachers, Civil Service Code).

You are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities

attached to your designation and such other related function as may be
assigned and will doing so until such time that this is revoked.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Teach responsible journalism among pupil journalists.

2. Orient pupil journalists on the current trends and new developments in campus
journalism.
3. Enters paper in appropriate contests, works with students who wish to compete in
those contests.
4. Train pupil journalists to enhance their journalistic writing

 ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN CAMPUS JOURNALISM
Introduction
Journalism is an activity that helps the pupils to be a good writer. It provides
many opportunities for them to learn, show their ability in writing news whether in
English or in Filipino. It also adds their wide learning in vocabulary and promotes
their social life in the field of news writing in our society.

Learning journalism is fun and enjoyable because of the experiences our

journalists shared with one another to create a good story. However, writers also
commit errors in writing but still they continue to scribble their pens and write reliable
news and interesting stories.
