4. Audience awareness

1. Unaware (1st year shahzad doesn’t know about job


market)
This group has no idea they have a problem. They’re unaware of a product that
could improve their lives because they’re simply not thinking about it.

2. Problem aware (2nd year shahzad, now knows there


are no jobs/competitive)
This group knows they have a problem, but doesn’t know what the solution might
be.

3. Solution aware (3rd year shahzad, now knows about


different ways to increase chances of getting hired)
These people know the result they want, but don’t know that our product is the
solution.

4. Product aware (4th year shahzad, knows the people


who are selling interview prep services)
This group is aware of what we sell, but unsure if it’s right for them.

5. Most aware (Shahzad is gigachad now)


These people already know about our brand and are convinced that our product
will solve their problem. Now they just need the incentive to take action.

will accelerate quickly and safely. That’s a surface benefit.
“So what?” you ask yourself AGAIN. The answer: If the car
accelerates quickly and safely, you’ll be able to get where you’re
going on time… and keep your family — and anyone else who’s
in the car — safe. That’s a deeper benefit.
“So what?” you ask yourself once more. The answer: Well, you’re
getting to places on time, and your family is safe when they travel
with you. You really are a responsible adult and a good parent.
