1. I, Hussaini Bin Hussin appear for the Petitioner, and my

learned friends representing the relevant bodies have been
introduced earlier.

2. Your Petitioner was born on 30th of September 1996 in Kuala

Kangsar, Perak and is the youngest child of Encik Mohamad
Arof Bin Awang and Puan Suriana Binti Mt Nor. The Petitioner
had early education in SK Lubuk Kawah before continuing her
secondary education SM Sains Seri Puteri, Kuala Lumpur.

3. Your Petitioner was conferred a Bachelor of Laws degree, with

First Class Honours, upper division from the National
University of Malaysia in 2020. While it took only 4 years for
her friends to graduate from law school, Your Petitioner spent
5 years instead by pursuing her other interest in exchange
program and actively involved as a delegate to ASEAN-EU
Regional Conference from the year 2017-2019. She believes
those extra-curricular activities has provided a great
supplement to her regular line of work throughout her
chambering period.

4. In 2020, Your Petitioner then commenced her pupilage in

Messrs Hashim Amran Tabian Ahmad under the tutelage and
guidance of Encik Hashim Bin Ibrahim. During the 9 months
of her chambering, she was exposed to the various aspects of
law especially in civil litigation and criminal litigation. The
Petitioner feel very honoured and thankful as the Petitioner is
able to received vast of knowledge during her 9 months
pupillage period

5. As a pupil of Encik Hashim bin Ibrahim, she was given a book

named “Peguam Kriminal” by Ariff Azami Hussein. There is an
interesting chapter in that book that refers to a person who
prefers substance over appearance. She learnt that if we focus
on the true substance of who we are and what we want to
attract in our lives, we will create a grounded sense of trust
and gratitude for ourselves and our lives.

6. On this memorable day of Your Petitioner, she seizes this

opportunity to record her appreciation to her parents, Encik
Mohamad Arof Bin Awang and Puan Suriana Binti Mt Nor, for
the endless tender love and care, undivided financial and
moral support.

7. A special thanks to her siblings Mohamad Sharizal, Nor

Sharina, Aifa Zahari and Mohamad Huzaifah for their guidance
and support. Your Petitioner is also indebted to her friends,
Ahmad Rizki, Nabila Jaafar, Amaliea Izzattie, Nadia Syaza and
Aliff Shafiq for sharing her joys and sorrows during her law
studies and pupilage.

8. The Petitioner would also like to convey her heartfelt

appreciation to her Master, Encik Hashim Bin Ibrahim for the
invaluable advice and guidance in helping her gain the insights
of life in the legal practice. The Petitioner is also very
honoured to be under the guidance of Encik Tabian and Encik
Amran.

9. Your Petitioner also wish to express her gratitude to Ahmad

Zulfikri, Noor Amalina and Nabila for
their untiring guidance and support. The Petitioner also
wishes to thank her colleagues, Nurhafizatul, Najib, Izat and
Sylvester for making her time while reading in chambers such
a meaningful and unforgettable experience.

10. I believe that Your Petitioner’s papers are in order and the
relevant bodies have no objections.
