Col. David Devasahayam is the Founder
and Chairman of the Radiant Group
of companies. He is an alumnus of the
National Defence Academy and Harvard
Business School. In addition to being a
highly decorated soldier, he is the recipient
of numerous awards including the National
Entrepreneur of the year award in the field
of Security Services, the Socially Conscious
Entrepreneur of the Year award and the
Udhyog Ratna award by the Government
of India.

KRISHNA MURTHY
Director – North America
Krishna Murthy is a Director at Radiant
Global Solutions. He is a graduate of the
National Defence Academy (India) and
served as an officer in the Indian Army
before migrating to the United States.
Krishna has a background in engineering,
planning and business with an MBA from
Columbia Business School, MS (Civil
Engineering) from City University of New
York and MS (City & Regional Planning) from
Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.

Ceo
Rangapriya is a seasoned corporate executive
with 19+ years of experience in the areas
of large accounts management, strategic
marketing and talent mapping. Her core
competencies include framing new business
initiatives, implementing systems, processes
and practices for continuous improvement,
standardization of existing businesses and
creating best practices within business units.
Rangapriya has also been involved in creating
significant brand equity for major educational
institutions. She is an alumnus of Indian
Institute of Management, Bangalore.

General Manager - Operations
Sathyanarayanan is the General Manager
of operations at RGS. He has over 9 years
of experience in Finance & Accounts,
Operations Management, Fund Accounting
& Management and Auditing. His expertise
is in managing back end accounts for Hedge
Funds/Fund accounting, NAV Calculation,
Financial Control and Financial Reporting.
Sathya has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
from Madras University and is pursuing
Chartered Accountantship Final from the
