AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

WE, DEXTER P. DEYPALUBOS AND GREPER R. SUMANDORAN, both of

legal age, Filipino, both married and a resident of Daplayan, San Pablo, Zamboanga
del Sur, Philippines after being duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
depose and state;

That we personally know the vendors of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-9,522;

That in the Extrajudicial Settlement Among Heirs with Deed of Absolute Sale
of Real Property of Thelma P. Caga-anan, vendee, GREGORIO POLPOL and
IGNACIO POLPOL were only able to affix their thumbmarks above their names as
heir/vendor because they do not know how to write due to lack of education;

That we are required to submit an Affidavit of Explanation about the vendor’s

thumbmark, hence this affidavit;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for any legal purpose the same may serve.

 AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, ROZELLE C. TORDILLOS, legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of

Bulatok, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and state;

That I am am holder of PASSPORT NO. EB5132633 issued by the DFA,

Cagayan de Oro and will expire on April 12, 2017;

That sometime on March 23, 2017 while I was laundering our clothes without
my knowledge I discover that my Passport was inside my pants pocket;

That I immediately applied for new PASSPORT at the DFA, Zamboanga City;

That I am required to submit an Affidavit of Explanation about my mutilated

PASSPORT hence this affidavit;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for any legal purpose the same may serve.
