AFFIDAVIT OF NON PENDING CASE

We, BUENAVENTURA C. RONDRIQUE and FRANCISCO C. RONDRIQUE,

both of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga del
Sur, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That we are the registered owner of a parcel of land know as Lot 204-C of the
subd. Plan, Psd-68418, situated in the Barangay of Campo I, Aurora, Zamboanga del
Sur, containing an area of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Four (20,574)
square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-29,295, more particularly
described as follows:

“A parcel of land known as Lot 204-C, Psd-68418”

That the said parcel of land has no pending case at DARAB or any of each
adjudicators, DAR and Courts of the Office of the President;

That We are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the above stated
facts and allegations;

Pagadian City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and say:

That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land know as Lot No. F-097322-
001137 located at Kawit, Pagadian City containing an area of Fourteen Thousand Six
Hundred Ninety Seven (14,697) square meters, covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na
Titulo Blg. 3,359, more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land known as Lot No. F-097322-001137”

That the said parcel of land has no pending case at DARAB or any of each
adjudicators, DAR and Courts of the Office of the President;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the above stated facts
and allegations;
