PART I. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY

1. General introduction of the company

The trend of decorating interior spaces with art mirrors is being preferred by many customers. The demand for interior decoration must be cozy,
elegant, luxurious, bring a modern breath, but still meet the usability standard, especially in the context of increasing consumer desires.

The UNIX Design Consultant Viet Nam Joint Stock Company was established in 2019. It’s a company headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, that
specializes in manufacturing, designing, and distributing glass and mirror products. UNIX Vietnam is currently a company specializing in the
production and distribution of mirrors and decorative mirrors with diverse designs, unique designs, outstanding quality, and competitive prices.
After a period of research and development, UNIX Mirror products have been receiving very high feedback from customers as well as partners
in the field of construction and interior. We have created a passion for and interest in aesthetics in addition to outstanding quality, which helps
our products stand out from the competition and provide the best products to our clients and business partners. Prestigious choice, more suitable
for architectural space, the interior becomes modern, comfortable and classy.

UNIX HOUSE strives for minimalist design with a team of architects, enthusiastic
consultants. With more than 4 years of operating experience, we are confident that
we can meet all requirements from customers with high quality products.We want

to deliver the most stunning and fashionable interior mirrors and decorative items
to the customer's area. In an effort to inspire each person and their environment, we
always work to highlight the artistry in addition to the quality of each product.

UNIX HOUSE services include:

- Install mirrors for customers

UNIX HOUSE was established with the goal of becoming one of the leading companies in the production and construction of interior mirrors in
Vietnam. We are always aware of the importance of product and service quality. Customers are the focus and they decide the survival of
businesses. UNIX Vietnam wishes to cooperate and develop with customers and partners nationwide in the spirit of bringing success to all
partners. During the operation, UNIX HOUSE constantly aspires to its ultimate aim of delivering clients happiness through the best services
and products. Because the motto of UNIX Vietnam is that the success of our partners will be our own success.

PART II. INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES

1. Job description
The main work I did during the internship:
1. Write content, design product ads
2. Translation of product advertisement articles
3. Support posting and replying to customer messages on fanpage
4. Design products according to customer requirements

As an intern, I have experienced and studied about media field at the company. Within the first week, I received detail instructions and
practiced to become proficient with Word and Excel, in addition to learning basic media and marketing concepts. Another engaging task was to
study the production of a mirror, which is the company’s primary product. After I had a good understanding of the basic rules, I started writing
marketing content for the product while translating it to English for our foreign customers. Other interns and my supervisor also helped me in
visualizing customers’ ideas and designing advertisements. On special occasions such as Valentine’s Day or Women International Day, I also
participated in designing products advertisements with special themes.

2. Personal experience acquired through the training course

As for myself, in the progress of internship at the company, I studied various knowledge. Even though practice is really different from theory,
the theory foundation taught in school was extremely valuable and useful when applied in the work environment. One of the interesting things i
learned was SEO (Search Engine Optimization) when writing contents. It helps improve your writings’ quality and more accessible through
search keywords. This is crucial if I want to work in the content marketing field in the future. I was fortunate to train in such professional and
creative environment. My colleagues and my supervisors were enthusiastic in giving me myriad experience.

Some other skills I have learned during my internship: Office working skills, Time
management skills, Customer communication skills. First, about the skills to work
in the office, because this is my first time working at the company office, I must
understand the company's regulations and how to behave with colleagues and

superiors. Time management skills are very important because when the workload
is high, it requires me to know how to arrange it properly to complete the work on
time. Last but not least is the skill of communicating with customers. When
communicating with customers, we need to keep a polite and respectful attitude. I
must understand their wishes to be able to solve them in the best way.
I learned so many essential skills, not only in the field but in life as well. After two months of internship, I understand more and more about the
hardship in future jobs, therefore I need to work harder in order to catchup with the current modern world.

PART III. SELF ASSESSMENT

Over the period of two months as an intern at UNIX, I have acquired countless knowledge and experience that I could never have otherwise.
Thanks to my colleagues and supervisor, who are incredibly friendly and instructive, I was able to develop my creativity and accelerate in
writing content, advertisements designing, and media marketing. This is a good chance for me to challenge myself in a new field. All
knowledges and experiences in this internship were priceless. However, I believe that I still need to study more and more to improve myself.
In all of the given tasks, the most challenging task was translation since it requires jargons. Nonetheless, I will study harder to raise my English
skills. Besides translation, communicating with customers is also a difficult task. Because I don't have much experience, I need to learn from
those who does. In case of difficult customers, I will need help from the instructor and the staff.
All in all, I think that this is an interesting job, and I might work in this field. I truly hope that everything I acquired in this internship can
increase my employability.
