Greetings!

The International Coastal Clean-up Drive is a globally recognized

environmental campaign that aims to raise awareness about the critical need
to protect our coastal ecosystems and promote responsible environmental
stewardship. In this regard, we, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) – Ilocos
Sur National High School (ISNHS) Vigan City Council, would like to initiate a
Coastal Clean-up Drive at Brgy. Mindoro, Vigan City on September 16, 2023.

At the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, we firmly believe that engaging our school
community in activities like the Coastal Clean-up Drive is not only a
demonstration of our commitment to disaster preparedness but also an
opportunity to instill in our young scouts the values of environmental
sustainability and responsible citizenship. We firmly believe that our youth
must be actively involved in preserving and protecting our natural resources
for generations to come. Anent to this, may we ask your permission to allow us
to conduct the said event.
