The solar system is made up of the Sun and a series of bodies that are bound to this

star by gravity: eight large planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn,
Uranus and Neptune), together with their satellites, planets minor (including the
former planet Pluto), asteroids, comets, interstellar dust and gas.

All of them are composed of different substances and because of that, the rain on the different
planets is also different

We all know that on earth rains wáter, but.. what about with the rest of planets?:

On Mars snows carbón dioxide, on venus, which has the highest temperature of all the
planets, the existing rain is formed by sulfuric acid, creating acid rain.

however in mercury, there is no rain, because there is no atmosphere that allows it

on Jupiter and Saturn there is methane and this can decompose into carbon which, depending
on its precipitation conditions, could fall in the form of graphite or even diamonds.

Although for now we do not have tangible evidence that this is something that is really
happening, it still sounds almost poetic that there may be planets where the rain is made of
diamonds.

About uranus and neptune, In 2017, a study assured that 200-kilogram diamonds rain down on
and that this rain falls about 8,000 kilometers below the surface of both planets.

And what about the dwarf planet? What about Pluto? Nothing was known until recently, when
a ship, the voyager 2, confirmed that it can snow on Pluto, but it is not known what that snow
is made of.

Finally, some scientists believe that the sun has a black twin star, and that it orbits every 27
million years, arriving at its closest point to the solar system to alter the rocks present in the
oort cloud, and reaching to that point, many of the rocks of the oort cloud are thrown in the
direction of the earth, and that would be the explanation of why on earth there are cycles of
mass extinction every 27 million years
