1. Who should make the decision from the question of what the decision should
be?
Making decisions is the most difficult and important part in this case because
the decisions we make affect the life and death of an individual, an innocent
human being rather. In my opinion, the doctor should make the decision because
he is the one who knows everything, especially in this case related to "conjoined
twins." Because they make decisions based on what is best rather than the parent
who makes decisions based on emotion and cannot think rationally, which may
result in the death of a twin.
Although we all know that the parents have the right to decide in this situation
because these are their children and they have the authority to decide, in these
circumstances, I believe the doctors should make the decision.

2. Would it be right or wrong, in these circumstances, to separate the twins?

In this situation, we must consider numerous factors. The doctors want to give
the conjoined twins a chance at life, and the mother wants her twin to live
normally as well. However, in my opinion, it is necessary to separate the twins
because if they are not separated, both of them will die. However, if they are
separated, one has a chance to live while the other dies.
And, yes, it is better to separate the twins even if one of them dies than not
separate them and have both twins die.
