Medicine. theraCUES is coded for Signals (CUES) for Targeted Therapy (thera). Last Five years, the company is working
with key researchers, research clinicians, technology partners and other stake holders to provide useful assays/solutions

company to get both nCounter & GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler of nanoString technology platform to India to provide

RNA where as GeoMx digital spatial profiler used for gene expression pattern on a tissue.

Theracues target market is CROs, Biopharma, and key academic researchers who are working on translational research.

Job Description

Position : Business Development Manager.

Business Development Manager (BDM) job is designed to achieve the sales target of assigned accounts and or Territory.
He/She will be able to handle accounts either individually or with the help of team to identify the needs of the customers
and provide appropriate solutions provided by the theraCUES. He/She will make sure to laison clients appropriately with
theraCUES internal team. Should be able to travel to different accounts, identify the needs, send proposal with the help
of technical team, send quote, negotiate if necessary, and get the order confirmation or PO based on the agreement.
BDM should be willing to build a team which helps to increase the business in multiple region/accounts. BDM need to
interact internally with other team members. Should be a good team player and contributor. Since this job involves
consultative solution providing, basic knowledge of Genomics, Translational Research would be helpful to serve clients.

Experience in relevant area/field : 3-5 years.

Educational Qualification : B.Sc./B.Tech/BBA/MBA or above with more than 3 years of experience in the relevant area of
sales. Basic Knowledge of biotechnology, biology or scientific terminology and connecting would be useful but not
necessary.

Place of work : Bangalore.

Compensation : Based on experience and capabilities which can fit to the organization goal.

BDM position at theracues will involve the following job role and responsibilities, presently. This might change as the
company grows and new directions are taken. He/she should be agile to adapt.

• Provide Business Revenue Forecast and adhere to make sure it is delivered.


• Identify the poteintial leads. Either academics researchers or corporate accounts.
• Convert them to opportunities by facilitating appropriate technical details.
• Provide appropriate pricing.
• Negotiation if necessary after consulting internally.
• Identify potential collaborations to increase business/revenue opportunities to theracues.
• Maintain appropriate pricing to maximise the profit, keeping in mind the appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate internally and externally to get the samples from client.
• Keep appropriate communications with client to make sure projects are delivered with highest customer
satisfaction
• Develop business development executives and train them appropriately.
• Demonstrated excellent soft skills to build business accounts
