Customer declare that the commercial product and the substance or mixture that it contains
shall be used for the indicated use, which is in any case legitimate, and will be sold or
delivered to another customer only if they make a similar declaration of use, respecting the
restriction established in Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 for the making available to the members
of the general public.

Customer declare in addition that the handling, sale and distribution of the goods we receive
from Evonik Industries Group will be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations,
more specifically in consistency with European and International Law.

In particular, we, Customer, will ​not use, sell or otherwise dispose any of the goods we
receive from Evonik Industries Group

● for the development or production of any kind of biological, chemical or nuclear

weapons or carrier systems therefore;
● for any kind of military purposes, in particular any kind of weapons or carrier systems
therefore;

 ● for any kind of nuclear technology;
● for the unlawful manufacture of drugs;
● in violation of economic sanctions, embargoes and anti-boycott laws;
● in violation of any legal registration or notification requirement; or
● without having obtained all relevant approvals required under applicable laws and
regulations.

The individual entitled person as mentioned above will ensure that the person receiving the
goods is authorised to receive restricted explosives precursors on behalf of their company or
institution.
This statement executed or transmitted electronically, including scanned signed documents
or digital signatures, shall bind the Customer to the same extent as documents with original
signatures.
