MINDSET

ACTIVITY
Instructions:
Get together as a group and read the description in each of the boxes. As a group, you must decide who
matches or fits the description and write their name in that box. You can only use one name in each box,
and you cannot use your own name for a box. Someone from your team must pick your name for a box.
Each person's name must be used at least once for a box. However, you cannot use someone's name
more than three times. You do NOT have to fill out the box if no one on your team fits the description.
As you are filling out the boxes, it is recommended to share why you think that person fits the
description. The purpose of the game is to recognize the growth mindset qualities in your colleagues.
Once you match all your work peers in a box, you will share what you put into the boxes as a group.
