JSOC MANAGING

 I don’t think there is no need for different equipment for each

rank, since we want best of them we cant give them shitty
weapons such as M4A1 with iron sight
 They shouldn’t do JJ’s and CQB on trainings also. Maybe there
should be some little tests. I think that promotion to each rank is
too easy. There should be a little test of 2 pages where we will test
their knowledge which includes logic thinking on field etc... (we
will add something more)
 Me and Log talked about this which is medical courses. We think
that every soldier should have basic knowledge of medicine,
especially since they are SF so probability of getting hurt is
increased.
 In 1st trainings we will train CQB ofc. When finished in firing range
you will give the recruit 5 – 10 to check a breaching doc that
instructor will give the privately in DM’s. After those 10 minutes
they will be tested. If they are worse than decent it’s a automatic
fail. Also for CQB trainings will be used other games with bigger
maps.
 We should train them how to communicate properly. We can give
links to some videos or we can create a document based on the
videos.

 We shouldn’t waste much time on the JJ’s. We should rather

spend that on CQB
 We need to train them drill commands. It is important if we have
some event
 When someone is about to become a instructor, maybe we can
have a little parade. It will maybe make the soldier feel more
special and give him motivation on doing more trainings. There
 will be a channel where they would wear a formal uniform for
each rank. (I can also cover that.)
 There should be Operation event daily. It will be hosted by Staff
Sergeant+
 If soldiers are not going to operation they should wear the heavy
gear. A beret and a belt will be enough.
 There will be classes where Instructor will walk the cadets through
hq, what can they do and what cant they do. Explain what each
division means.
 Each rank should have a insignia. Basically, Cadet to Junior
Operative is Private. From Operative To Operative Leader is
Corporal. Also I think that we should add roles/ranks such as
Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, And all 4 types of Generals.
