IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• PUT UP YOUR NEW SUMMER MARKETING MATERIALS!
• ALL STORES MUST:
- Take down your SALE materials and keep your SALE material safe in the
storeroom for the DECEMBER SALE
- If you have received ALL your NEW Summer 2020 fabrics and lightbox
images then you can remove your OLD winter fabrics and lightbox
images.
- ONLY ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED all your NEW Summer 2020 fabrics and
lightbox images and put it up and sent photographs to marketing, then
can you throw away your OLD winter marketing material.
• Make sure you follow the instructions for putting up the new marketing
material as per this memo.
• YOU MUST scan in ALL your new materials with the barcode on the sticker
the same way you scan in stock.
• YOU MUST Report fabric and lightbox problems to Marketing IMMEDIATELY!
• We must receive all feedback BEFORE 30 SEPTEMBER 2020!

CASH DESK FABRIC
WHAT IS IT?
The Cash Desk Fabric is the big picture that hangs behind your cash desk.
Most stores only have one, but some stores have more than one.

If you have one cash desk you will receive one of the below images
If your store has TWO cash desks you MUST have TWO OF THE MAGES ABOVE!
You MUST NOT have the same image TWICE.

If your store has TWO cash desks next to each other you should receive these
two cash desk fabric images. This is how it should be put up.
If your store has TWO cash desks next to each other you MUST have BOTH OF THE
IMAGES ABOVE! You MUST NOT have the same image TWICE.
If you have the same image twice PHONE/SKYPE MARKETING IMMEDIATELY!!

FABRIC FUNNY
Some stores have long fabrics, also called “fabric funnies”
Here are some examples of the fabric funnies that you might receive.

HOW TO PUT UP YOUR CASH DESK FABRIC
Put the fabric in the 4 corners of the frame first (1, 2, 3, 4), then push the sides in.

Make sure the fabric doesn’t have any creases! It MUST be stretched out properly.
Fabrics need to be stretched in order to fit correctly. Before you call marketing to
say that the fabric doesn’t fit you must please try your best to stretch it and make it
fit. Even if it looks a bit smaller than your previous fabric - it probably just needs to

be stretched!
Fabrics are made up of SILICONE and FABRIC.

– Have you stretched the fabric as much as possible?
– IF IT STILL DOES NOT FIT, PHONE/SKYPE MARKETING IMMEDIATELY!!
• If you have two cash desks and both your images are the same.

When you receive your Fabric

count how many melamine lightbox
SPACES you have in your store. Every
single space MUST BE FILLED with a

Open the frame like a door from the bottom up, and check which side of the
frame allows you to insert the image. You will see that one of the sides is left
open and the other side closed to secure the image once it has been inserted

STEP 2
Get another staff member to help you. Roll up the image on one side and slide it
into the lightbox between the perspex and frame. The picture must go behind the
frame on both sides and on the top and the bottom so that it does not fall out or
make bubbles!
