Introduction
Marketing communication is a combination of messages and media that the firm will need to
deploy to its market and the general public. To achieve maximum profits and its goals,
Ozwide Dream Clean will need to communicate to its market to attract and inform it of its
products and services. This will aid the firm in marketing its products and services and hence
lead it towards the achievement of its objectives.

This is a book that has been written and brings out the various communication

This is a website article that informs the reader on the importance of marketing
communication to the businesses and the strategies that will be used by the firms to

Importance of marketing communication
Marketing communication is very beneficial to the firm. It transfers information from the
firm to the customers hence making them make informed decisions during purchasing.
Marketing communication will transfer information on the products and services and the
business at large hence offering relevant information to the customers. Secondly, marketing
communication will create relationships between the customers and the firm hence
facilitating an increase in customer loyalty among the customer. This sense of relationship

will develop a connection between the firm and the customers hence developing a loyal
customer base.
Creative innovative ideas options
i. Use online platforms
Online platforms such as the company's website, social media handles and online
articles can be used by the firm to communicate with the customers. This will
enable the firm to create awareness of its products and services and the strategies
to the customers hence earning their trust and increasing its sales.
ii. Advertising options
The use of advertisements will make the firm be known among the potential
customers and hence achieve a wider market. The firm should develop advertising
contents and post it through various channels and hence attract new customers and
inform the customers of their products, services, and any other relevant
information.
iii. Use of public promotion methods
The firm can use public promotions methods and support moves such as the
creation of sustainability movements and promotion of green consumptions. This
will make the firm be known among the customers and hence achieve recognition
among the customers and the potential customers.

As the firm works to increase its sales and market share in the region, I was accorded
the task to research on the use of marketing communication in the firm. I hereby
present my report.
Marketing communication will aid the firm in relating relations with the customers
and hence building customer loyalty. Also, the information will enlighten other
individuals and hence have a high tendency of starting a business with the firm. Also,
the use of marketing communication will give more information of the business in the
public dominion and hence give the stakeholders to understand the firm. The
understanding of the firm will be linked to the creation of trust among the customers.
The report indicates the use of advertising, online methods, and public relations to
pass the information to the market and public in general.

The firm works to improve its brand among the customers and the general public.
The firm has not been actively marketing its brand to the customers and the general
public. During these times of intense competition, Ozwide Dream Clean should
market its brand and work to attract the customers to achieve its objectives.
Through the provision of high-quality products and services, the firm has attained a
high net promoter score and an increasing market share. To maximise the market
and attract more customers, the firm has decided to use marketing communication.
The firm has taken this decision to increase the expansion and customer attraction
rate.
The firm has worked to use online marketing channels to communicate with its
customers. This includes the use of the company's website and social media handles.
Attractive content will be developed and shared through the online platform to
inform the customers of the pricing and the product quality of the firm. Also, the
firm will use advertising to send messages to its customers and the general public.
The adverts will be developed and shared through different media to achieve a wide
reach and hence attract more customers and create a good impression in society.
The firm will also use public relations and participation in community events such as
green branding to improve its brand in the market. The firm will develop good
content to present to the public and potential customers.
The main aims of marketing communication by the firm is to increase the number of
sales as well as increase customer loyalty to the firm's brand.
