1. Abstract:
Efficiency and quality must meet client demand when working in the fast-paced fashion sector. Traditional approaches result in extended wait times and
resource-heavy processing, especially when dealing with physical garment configuration and handcrafted design alterations. We aim to tackle these challenges
head-on through AI and GANs. We propose a comprehensive solution encompassing four key elements:
1. New Jeans Article Generation: With the help of GAN tech, our platform produces and controls jeans designs rapidly. Time spent organizing layouts
and waiting for designs drops greatly with this innovation, freeing up time for meeting clients more rapidly.
2. Virtual Try-On: Platform users get an immersive opportunity for virtual try-ons. With on-the-fly design visualization, time and resources saved can
enable more efficient decision-making processes for clients.
3. Quality Check (Measurements): By deploying AI techniques, we have optimized the quality assurance process through exact measuring of jeans
components. Accuracy and elimination of human error go hand in hand.
4. Colour Shade Match: Aligning with client preferences, our system features a color shade matching function.
The combination leads to groundbreaking changes in meeting clients in the fashion industry through our FYP. Swift responses to client needs, accelerated
production cycles, and better quality Assurance processes are all possible through our solutions.
Testimony to AI and GAN capabilities, Our project highlights how groundbreaking tech may revolutionize antiquated enterprises. On this journey to revolutionize
the fashion industry, we are excited to take the lead.

2. Introduction
Known for its ever-changing and creative energy, the fashion industry has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years. This growth is primarily driven by
technological advances that have changed aspects of the business. One such phenomenal innovation that has attracted considerable attention has been the
emergence of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). These networks, published in the seminal paper "Generative Adversarial Nets" by Goodfellow et al. In
2014, we ushered in a new era of ingenuity and creativity in the fashion world.
2. Manufacturing delays:
The need for custom fashion often leads to delays in manufacturing processes. When customers request changes to their custom suits, it can take weeks for
custom suits to be created, resulting in delayed meetings and long processing times
3
2. Virtual try-on with computer vision:
Our platform introduces an immersive virtual try-on experience, allowing users to try on garments in real time. The use of computer vision technology ensures
that clients can make informed decisions without the need for time-consuming physical equipment.
By addressing the challenges of time, customization and quality control, we want to redefine the fashion industry, combining the possibilities offered by
cutting-edge technology. Our work is not just about fashion; It’s about how we change the way we dress and style ourselves.
3. Literature Review
Opening up fresh opportunities within the field, AI and fashion technology fusion has addressed issues within design, manufacturing, and consumer
interactions. Grounded in a thorough examination of AI's influence on denim innovation, digital sampling, and product validation, we aim to actualize their
transformative force.
Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs): According to Goodfellow et al. (2014), GANs have dramatically changed how synthetic material is produced. Real-time
denim generation and evaluation depend on GANs being used in the fashion sector.
1. Virtual Try-On: A comprehensive study by Zhu et al. (2019) [2] examines virtual try-on systems in detail within the fashion sector. By combining
computer vision and virtual & augmented reality tech, users enjoy immediate style customization. Our strategy for an immersive try-on experience is
shaped by this research.
2. Quality Assurance with AI: Well-documented is the use of AI within the fashion sector for quality assurance purposes. As discussed by Xu et al.
(2018) [3], automated garment quality inspection through computer vision and deep learning applications. From these advances, our project has
leveraged innovation to streamline measurements and color shading.
3. FashionTech Adoption: (Yoon and Joseph, 2020) delved into the factors that influence FashionTech adoption among retailers. Showcasing how
our answer can accommodate unique client wants, the relevance of personalization shines through.
4. AI in Customization: Alongside Yao et al. (2019)[5], the research explores AI-driven customization in fashion. AI has the potential to improve
personalized denim design selections by better meeting user preferences, supporting our goal.
5. Virtual Reality in Fashion: According to Ngo et al.'s (2017) study, there has been an increased interest in integrating VR into fashion design. By
highlighting the experiential facet of VR, our company seeks to improve the overall shopping experience through this technology.
6. AI-Enabled Quality Control: Work conducted by He et al., published in 2020][7], centers on AI quality control in the textile industry. Our quality
assurance module directly benefits from the application of AI in ensuring precision and consistency in textile production.
Together, these papers demonstrate how significant AI, GANs, virtual try-ons, and quality assurance are to the fashion sector. We aim to transform the
fashion-tech sector by harnessing these insights and creating a game-changing solution that tackles industry hurdles while catering to shifting consumer
demands.
