A Preliminaries
Contractor is to allow a sum for preliminaries for the proper
execution of the works, insurances (Contractor’s All Risks
Insurance and Workmen’s Compensation Insurance),
protection to existing finishes, cleanliness of site at all times and
others hereunder apply to the whole works contained in the
Specification including all variations, site mobilization, and
demobilization of machineries.
To allow for remedial, make good, touch up works at the affected
area due to rectification works.
Configuration, Testing and commissioning of all system installed
inclusive of charges to liaise with Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM). Includes integration and automation with
Building Management System.
1 To include Covid-19 test for all local and foreign workers before 1 Lot
work commencement.
As built drawings & O&M manuals complete with PE
endorsement
To provide Warranty certificate (Manufacturer or Own
Company)
Documentation (3 sets of hardcopy including softcopy)
Training for Operation and Maintenance Personnel
Service and Maintenance should be provided during 12 months
Defect Liability Period
Submission of Invoice must be accompanied with visuals of
before and after pictures as well as testing commissioning report
as proof of proper installation and work done. (Photographs and
printed as attachment to the Billing Documentation).
B Scope of Decommission and Dismantle of Chiller, CHWP and Accessories

To supply labour, tools and material to decommission and dismantle chiller, decommission and dismantle CHWP,

dismantle piping connection, fittings, valves, and control wiring of the chiller and cart away from site

C Scope of Mechanical Work:

To supply and install new Modular Air-Cooled Chiller with the following specification:
1 Capacity: 70 - 80 RT 4 Set
Efficiency: <1.1 kW/RT
To supply labour, tools and materials for mobilization and installation including modify chilled water pipe to suit new
chiller c/w piping works and backfill support together with piping accessories. To supply labour and material on PU
jacketing works on chilled water pipe.

D Scope of Electrical Work:
1 To supply and install 11kW CHWP complete with built-in Variable Speed Drive (VSD) 4 Unit
2 To replace existing MCCB to 4 nos 100A TP MCCB with neutral link c/w modification of panel cover 2 Lot
To supply & install 4C 25mm2 X/S/P cable from new MCCB to new Modular Air-Cooled Chiller and lay on existing

cable ladder.
4 Supply and install Control Cable from chiller to pump room 4 Lot
E Miscellaneous Work:
