Aurora Quezon Street from 4:00PM to 2:00AM on October 20, 2010 to serve as venue
for their celebration of the Araw ng Barangay with the information that this office
interposes no objection.

DELOS REYES, CESO IV, Director III, Officer-In-Charge, of Department of Education
Region II, requesting for temporary closure along Roxas Boulevard through Claveria St.,
San Pedro St., Legaspi St., and will end at Peoples’ Park on October 27, 2010 from 7:00
AM to 10:00 AM to serve as venue for the street dance parade in celebration of the 3 rd
Sining Pambansa Festival with a theme “Celebrating Unity Admist Cultural Diversity”.

This office interposes no objection citing Section 21 Paragraph C of RA 7160.

Any National or local road, alley park or space may be temporary closed during
an actual emergency fiesta celebration public rallies, agricultural or industrial fairs or an
undertaking of public works and highways, telecommunications and waterworks
projects, the duration which shall be specified by the local chief executive concerned in
a written order; provided, however that no national or local road, alley park or square
shall be temporary closed for athletic, cultural or civic activities not officially sponsored,
recognized or approved by the local government unit concerned.

St. to C. Bangoy St., this city on November 5, 2010 from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight to
serve as re-launching of the hotel, for information subject street requested for
temporary closure is a regular route of some PUJ vehicles but subject agenda of closure
is a mandate of the city council’s decision.
