Not just 3 in 1 coffee, but 3 in 1 coffee shop! 3 in 1 will be the first coffee shop who has
three stations in one shop in the city of Manila. Students, teachers, instagram lover and
coffee lover will love this coffee shop. The design of the coffee shop will adopt mostly
the Harry Potter theme. From its design, many people will have a desire to go and have
a coffee. The objects you will see in the coffee shop are mostly instagramable
paintings, and famous objects on Harry Potter movie. 3 in 1coffee shop will be open
24 hours Monday to Saturday only. The design of the coffee shop will depend on the
assigned Harry Potter theme in every three month (spring, winter, autumn and
3 in 1 coffee shop will have three stations. The first station will be named “Kafe Cat”,
from its name, the customers will be able to have a coffee while playing with cats. One
cat is to one person only. They can choose what cat they want. Other activity in this
station they can feed the cat and stay for 4 hours, maximum time. The second station
will be named “Hogwarts”. This station is for the students and teachers. The station will
act as National Bookstore but there is no payment for the materials.Customers can
borrow things that they need like laptop and books. Hogwarts will have a mini library
for the book lover, it includes wattpad, novel, almanac and educational books. The
station will provide pencils and papers only for free. Also, the station will be having an
Unli-Internet. The third station will be named “Cafe-nima”. This is a movie station.

is for the family, couples and group of friends. The station will provide popcorn, cold
or hot coffee and snacks. The costumers will surely enjoythe station because the
genre of the movie can be romance, friendship, horror, action, sci-fiction and comedy.
The station is very dark and cold, but if you want to have lights in the room, the station
has red lights, it’s adopt from the popular series Riverdale.
The coffee in 3 in 1 coffee shop is not just a coffee. It has different kind of flavours:
French Vanilla, Caramel Macchiato, Pumpkin Spice, Mocha, Hazelnut, Velvet, Choco
coffee, Butter & nutty etc. The other foods in the Menu are different flavours of
donnuts and cakes, pasta like Macaroni, Bucatini, Spaghetti, Carbonara, Tortellini and
others, healthy fruits and snacks. This business will be owned by several senior high
students from Nazareth School of National University who are currently taking up
The amount of financing needed is more or less than seven million pesos (PHP
7,000,000.00) which will cover all the expenses from internal and external factors that
needs a specific allotment to accomplish main targets. Four million pesos (PHP
4,000,000.00) is for the structure of the 4storey-shop and three million pesos (PHP

The 4 storey-coffee shop will be located along 860 Corner of MF Jhocson St. &
Espana, The One Torre de Santo Tomas Espana, Manila serves enjoyable and
interesting structure of designs. Unlike any typical coffee shop, 3 in 1 will offers a
