The Miracle Stories of The Gospels Can Be Divided Into Four Fairly Distinct Groupings:

 Healing Miracles (Curing of Physical Impairments and Illnesses)

 Exorcisms (Casting Out Demons and Unclean Spirits)
 Nature Miracles (Calming Storms, Feeding Multitudes.)
 Restoration Miracles (Raising the Dead, Restoring to Life)

 Other Words for Miracles Used in the Bible Are Being Brought Together in Acts 2:22: Wonders (Terata), Signs
(Semeion), Powers (Dunamis).
 The Evangelist John Uses The Word ‘Works.’ ‘Great, Glorious or Strange Things’, Used By Luke.
 ‘Marvelous Things or Works’ in Psalm 78:12; 105:5.

 Miracles are performed by the Lord God (Exodus 8:19),

 Angels of God (2 Samuel 24:16),
 Jesus the Christ (Matthew 9:6),
 The Holy Spirit (Acts 2:2-4),
 The Real Apostles of God (Acts 5:12).
 But miracles can also be performed by Evil Agents (2 Thessalonians 2:9).

 Throughout History We Have Seen Miracles At The Establishment of The Jewish Nation (1400 BC),
 The Struggles with Idolatry (850 BC),
 The Captivity (600 BC),
 The Introduction of Christianity (1st Century AD) and
 At the End of Times with the Great Tribulation.

 Miracles Can Be Divided Into Different Categories.

(1) Power of Nature; Water, Fire, Oil, Sun, Food or Natural Elements.
(2) Power Over Diseases, Death, Demons.

Old Testaments

Exodus 15:26
Saying, ‘If you will diligently listen to the voice of the LORD your God, and do that which is right in his eyes,
and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I
put on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, your healer.’

Deuteronomy 10:21
He is your praise. He is your God, who has done for you these great and terrifying things that your eyes
have seen.
Job 5:8–16
As for me, I would seek God,
and to God would I commit my cause,
who does great things and unsearchable,
marvelous things without number:
he gives rain on the earth
and sends waters on the fields;
he sets on high those who are lowly,
and those who mourn are lifted to safety.
He frustrates the devices of the crafty,
so that their hands achieve no success.
He catches the wise in their own craftiness,
and the schemes of the wily are brought to a quick end.
They meet with darkness in the daytime

Matthew 1:18

been immediately healed. And he said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace.’ While he was
still speaking, someone from the ruler’s house came and said, “Your daughter is dead; do not trouble the Teacher any
more.’ But Jesus on hearing this answered him, ‘Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.’

Luke 9:16-17
And taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing over them. Then he broke the
loaves and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. And they all ate and were satisfied. And what was left
over was picked up, twelve baskets of broken pieces.

Luke 13:10-17
Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. And behold, there was a woman who had had a
disabling spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not fully straighten herself. When Jesus saw her, he
called her over and said to her, ‘Woman, you are freed from your disability.’ And he laid his hands on her, and
immediately she was made straight, and she glorified God. But the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus
had healed on the Sabbath, said to the people, ‘There are six days in which work ought to be done. Come on those
days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day.’ Then the Lord answered him, ‘You hypocrites! Does not each of
you on the Sabbath untie his ox or his donkey from the manger and lead it away to water it? And ought not this
woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath
day?’ As he said these things, all his adversaries were put to shame, and all the people rejoiced at all the glorious
things that were done by him.

Luke 18:27
But he said, ‘What is impossible with man is possible with God.’

John 2:11
This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him.
John 4:46–54
So he came again to Cana in Galilee, where he had made the water wine. And at Capernaum there was an official
whose son was ill. When this man heard that Jesus had come from Judea to Galilee, he went to him and asked him to
come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death. So Jesus said to him, ‘Unless you see signs and
wonders you will not believe.’ The official said to him, ‘Sir, come down before my child dies.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Go;
your son will live.’ The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went on his way. As he was going down,
his servants met him and told him that his son was recovering. So he asked them the hour when he began to get
better, and they said to him, ‘Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.’ The father knew that was the hour
when Jesus had said to him, ‘Your son will live.’ And he himself believed, and all his household. This was now the
second sign that Jesus did when he had come from Judea to Galilee.

John 20:8-9
Then the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went in, and he saw and believed; for as yet they did
not understand the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead.

Acts 1:9
And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.

Acts 3:16
And his name—by faith in his name—has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is
through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.

Acts 4:29-31
‘And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness,
while you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy
servant Jesus.’ And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they
were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.

Acts 19:11–12
And God was doing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons that had
touched his skin were carried away to the sick, and their diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them.

Romans 15:18–19
For I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me to bring the Gentiles to
obedience—by word and deed, by the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God—so that from
Jerusalem and all the way around to Illyricum I have fulfilled the ministry of the gospel of Christ;

Ephesians 3:20–21
Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work
within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
