On Dec. 29, 2021 around 01:20PM the victim was last seen parking his motorcycle on
Severino Reyes St. in Tondo before proceeding to Silva's rented house.

Around 11:50 p.m. on Dec. 29 upon reviewing footage from the closed-circuit television
(CCTV) cameras installed along Severino Reyes St. Silva was seen carrying two large
white sacks which he loaded into the trunk of a taxi.

At around 5 p.m. the next day, the Bacoor City Police Station called Police Maj. Edwin A.
Malabanan of MPS2, informing him that a man’s body chopped into five parts and packed
into two white sacks was found in a vacant lot in Barangay Niog 3, Bacoor, Cavite.

The identity of the body was established through the victim’s brother as Nick.

- Based on CCTV capture the gender of the offender is Male.

- 40-45 years of age

- The victim was vulnerable because he did not know what happens.

5. What actions did the offender have to take in order to gain control over the
victim?

- Based on his affidavit the victim invite by the offender to his house and
suddenly he stab the victim at the back and after that he chop the victims
body and place it to the garbage bag to hide the crime.

- It is a organized crime scene due CCTV monitor the suspect was easily identify

- As he mention he use a knife to stab at the back of the victim until the victim
dies due to stab wounds.

- Simplicity of question which answerable by yes or no by the offender

9. What questions would you ask the victim’s family to develop a profile of the
victim?

- if they will know that the victim had an argument or quarrel to the offender

10. What would be some possible themes to develop with the suspect about the
motive for this crime?

- Based of affidavit of offender the victim had a debt and when the offender
try to remit debt the victim was refuse to pay and this is the result of killing.
