    Respectfully forwarded to that Office is the Inspection report of FR Jose F.


    Nuñeza together with the letter dated July 15, 2019 of Punong Barangay Ana Marie
    Laurente-Boga and its supporting/required documents relative on the above-mentioned
    subject.
    Please be informed that the requested tree to be cut is need to be cut due to its
    causes damage to the concrete fence of Barangay Gymnasium.
    For consideration of the above premises and pursuance with the Provision of PD
    705 dated July 6, 1976, this Office is hereby recommended that a cutting permit shall be
    issued to the applicant.
    For information, review and approval.
