Write your personal essay minimum of 100 words answering what is the importance of
studying Physical Education?

The importance of studying Physical Education is to improve their knowledge and skills. Physical activity
promotes positive body image in teenagers also Physical Education helps children to develop their
confidence and can be part of a healing process, it can be coming for others, it gives relaxation, and
physically moving can’t pump up endorphins in the brain that increases the feeling of pleasure by
exercising. Physical Education not only teaches us to move physically but also teaches us to develop our
wisdom with the added information of some said activities like the history of basketball, origination of
arnis, volleyball, badminton or martial arts and what benefits they can give to our body and their
purpose either self-defense or hobby.

2. Physical education does not only highlights with the physical health. It also values the
emotional, spiritual and mental health of an individual. In line with this global pandemic,
identify one (1) challenge that you encountered and how did you resolve that challenge. (You
can answer it in English/Filipino minimum of 100 words)
The most difficult challenge that I’ve encountered was Online classes because it was a new change for
students like me, it rows up a number of cons like slow internet connections, lack of gadgets and
gizmos, misinterpretation, virtual communicating, and online take of activities. It was very challenging
as we are used to the face-to-face take of activities and classes since even though most of the people
have social media accounts, it is still very hard to keep in touch with people, unlike the face-to-face
classes.
3. Concern of the youth nowadays is that they do not have much time for physical activities. What
can be done if there is no time for physical activities? (You can answer it in English/Filipino
minimum of 100 words) *
Wake up a bit earlier than you normally do and use the extra time to walk on a treadmill or take a bit
walk around the neighborhood or maybe some jogging. We may be busy, but we still need physical
activity to stay healthy. Find the fun in it do exercises with your friends on weekends. Exercises are
good for us not just for our physical health but also for the emotional, spiritual, and mental health of an
individual.
4. List down five (5) things that you can do to take care and maintain your good mental health. *
1. Eat healthy foods
2. Take a break

 What is NSTP? (minimum of 100 words) *


The national service training program is a subject program that is a necessity for enhancing self-
awareness and defense when a righteous act occurs. This is to ensure for the future of the Filipino’s and
civil rights and minimal possible war. It trains students for a wider and pro-found focus of developing
the ethics of services and patriotism while undergoing training. NSTP is classified into three: Reserve
Office Training Corps (ROTC), Literacy Training Service (LTS), and Civic Welfare training service
(CWTS). NSTP’s objective is to promote education, values, and authority for a mobilization of the said
civilization.

It affected me as a college student that our focus as students or soon-to-be professionals not only limits
us from the perspective on our own professions. We can see from the different types of skills or pieces
of training that we have to go through as college students and soon to be adults and NSTP also provides
awareness of any possible outcomes for the future of the Filipino’s and that this is a study that we
should not only focus on but actually make an efficient background on our part.

Filipino’s often seen as other things as small as they can be, just like the pandemic the people mistook
it as nothing by exposing themselves to the virus that’s why the covid 19 spread rapidly and it was
difficult to control. This pandemic is a good example of why Filipino’s are not taking things seriously.
: Ang mga pilipino ay madalas na hindi binibigyan pansin ang mga bagay bagay, tulad na lamang ng
pandemya na nung una ay akala nilang wala lamang ito kaya't ito'y hindi nila pinagtuonan ng pansin
kaya naman ay mabilis na kumalat ang virus na covid 19 at nahirapan silang kontrolin ito. Ang
pandemyang ito ay isang magandang halimbawa na kung saan masasabi nating hindi nila ito agad na
binibigyang pansin. “

NSTP cultivates a lot of skills the grew over time that can be helpful and open doors for possible ways
of simple livelihood. (IG: teaching education, cooking foods, hunting for foods, and providing health
care).
: Ang NSTP ay naglilinang ng maraming mga kasanayan na lumago sa paglipas ng panahon na
maaaring makatulong na nagbubukas ng mga pinto para sa mga posibleng paraan ng simpleng
kabuhayan. (halimbawa: pagtuturo ng edukasyon, pagluluto ng mga pagkain, pangangaso ng mga
pagkain, at pagbibigay ng pangangalagang pangkalusugan).

Civic Welfare Training Service and Literacy Training Program show the best example of how we can
nurture the love and story of the Filipino’s This program helps us to not only help people but help their
minds to keep a fresh start on how we can go back.

nagpapakita ng pinakamahusay na halimbawa kung paano natin mapangalagaan ang pagmamahal at
"History" ng Filipino.”
