Our attitude determines our

altitude. Each child entrusted in our care has multiple hidden sparks and the
role of a school is to ensure that every moment spent in school is a valuable
learning opportunity. We at PIS, Ichalkaranji hope to practice teaching as a
mission, learning as a passion and excellence as a tradition. Students’ minds
will be allowed to stumble upon and be surprised at everything that happens
in today’s life. This type of exposure will make them creative, inventive and
discoverers.

The first edition of “The Qurio Mag” provides a platform for young minds to
explore the world around them and enjoy the beauty of life. The theme, The
Earth and Beyond give us an opportunity to study science in a systematic and
logical manner. It is an ever-changing subject that is defined as the systematic
observation, experiment, and measurement of the nature and behaviour of the
material and physical universe, as well as the formulation of laws to represent
these facts in general terms.

Our young buddies have taken a challenging role to make this magazine a
unique piece of knowledge for the readers and all the stakeholders.

I wish all the students, editorial board and other eminent personalities a kind
gratitude for systematically organizing The Qurio Mag- volume I.
