COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

I, ROLAND ENOVERO, Of legal age, Filippino and with residence address at Palo alto, Barangay Habay 1,
Bacoor City Cavite, do hereby DECLARE AND MANIFEST:

1. That for and in consideration of the amount of ___________________ (Php ____) Pesos for the
MEDICAL EXPENSES and _______________ (Php ___) Pesos for the REAPIR EXPENSES, in cash
received by me to my full and complete satisfaction from______________________, as
expenses I incurred due to a vehicular accident which happened last ______________________
in _____________________________, I hereby absolutely release, completely clear, and forever
discharge the said ___________________________from any civil and/or criminal action, cause
of action, sum of money, liability, damages, claims and demands whatsoever;

2. I further warrant that I will institute no further civil and/or criminal action against the said
__________________________ arising from, by reason of, or in connection with, the
aforementioned vehicular accident. I also manifest that the said payment/settlement made by
the said ___________________________shall not be taken by me, my heirs, our insurer or
assigns, as a confession and/or admission of liability on the part of the said
___________________________ in connection with the aforementioned accident.
