Answer: - There are two types of selling accounts on amazon:


1) Individual Seller : Sale 40 units monthly
2) Professional Seller: Sale more than 40 units monthly

Task 3: What are the benefits of using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) with my seller account?

Answer: - The following benefits can gain seller if Fulfill by Amazon:


1) The seller can save his time as the shipment will do amazon
2) The seller will not need to build his own warehouse
3) The seller will not delay in delivery
4) The seller will not need to contact any courier company
5) The seller will not need to go in any courier company for dispatch goods

And many more benefits can get


Task 4: What are the advantages and disadvantages of the wholesale and private labelling
models on Amazon?

Answer: -
The following advantages and disadvantages given of both private and wholesale labelling:

Private Labelling:
Advantages:

The seller can set his profit margin if he launch a unique product in the market and if the product
fulfill customers’ need and want and if there is no other substitute in the market.

Disadvantages:

1) If a seller launches a new product in the market you will have to run advertising on different
plate forms to introduce your product and it will be costly.
2) You may be remain in loss for a specific period because you can’t boost your sale
immediately as you launch new product in the market.
3) There are many chances that your product will default means that your product have no
need to buyers.
4) You need to have a large amount of investment.

And many other disadvantages.

Wholesale Labelling:
Advantages:

1) If you are going to working wholesale labelling you will choose a product which have more
routine use for customers and you there is no chance that your sale will fall.
2) You no need to invest more money in advertising.
3) You no need to waste your time on thinking and building new product.
4) You no need to have a large amount of investment as you can start your business little
amount as you have.

Disadvantages:

You can’t gain more profit as there is much market competition.
