ASPIRATIONAL BLOCK FELLOW(ABF)

TOTAL POSITIONS- 2

District Administration koderma invites application for ABF.The ABF will be

responsible for overall attaining and oversee major indicators decided by district
around various themes at the Block level which includes indicators around Health,
Education,Livelihood, Social welfare etc ,Facilitating different activities around
Livelihood,INRM and local Governance in coordination with relevant stakeholders at
Block and District Level

Requirements:

Post Graduate in any discipline(Preferably

from a central or state government
university)
Should possess excellent data analysis and
presentation skills
Should be conversant with the use of social
media
Should possess project management skills
Experience in working with
Government,NGOs, and other
Development organisations.
Strong Communication skills preferably in
local lancguage
Note: Preference will be given to the
candidate who have completed education
in rural development/Development studies.

Role of ABF
The ABF will be positioned as a critical link between
the block level officials and NITI AAYOG. Primary
responsibilities are :
Collaborating with block level officials to design
and execute development strategies aligned with
ABP thematic areas
Conduct regular field visits to assess project
implementation,address challenges and collect
ground level insights
Create some models at the ground level relevant
to ABP thematic areas.
Analyzing data and providing evidence based
recommendations.
Organising workshops, awareness campaigns and
skill building programs
Keeping state, Niti Aayoh and District abrest with
the issues and challenges
