Dear Sir Bruce,

How are you, sir? I hope you and your family are doing well. I am very grateful to know that you
are still willing to support me, especially in my studies. I am pretty sure that all of you are in
good condition since I handed you this letter. Please send my regards to your family.

In our family, we have developed a strong bond that goes beyond any difficulties we encounter.
We understand the importance of standing together and offering assistance whenever needed.
Whether it is emotional support, guidance, or lending a helping hand, we are always there for
one another. Despite the challenges we have faced in life, we are all doing well and continue to
love and support each other unconditionally.

I’m very excited sir, because after a long time, I can share stories with you again. You know
what sir? I participated in a basketball tournament last February 20 here in our town. It was fun
because I had the chance again to play together with my friends. But we’re not lucky sir, our
team didn’t win but it’s all fine because we know ourselves that we gave our best playing and
defending our team. Did you also play basketball, sir? If not what is your sport?

Last March 3 we celebrated the Junior and Senior Prom in our school. I and all my friends joined
all the activities of this event. It is one of the most unforgettable moments in my life. It was a
pleasure to dance with one of my friends and, especially, my loving mother. Sponsor, have you
also experienced or attended a Junior and Senior Prom?

We had our moving up ceremony last June 24. I still can't believe that I'm done with junior high
school, time went by so fast. During our completion, I didn't receive any awards, but that's okay
because those awards don't define who I am. Next year, I'll be facing a new journey as I enter
senior high school. I promise to work harder in my studies to finish and achieve all my dreams in
life. And of course, to make you and my family proud of me.

In Unbound, we engaged in different activities. Every second Sunday of the month, we do

physical fitness and interfaith activities. Additionally, we introduced a new activity called
"palaro ng lahi," where we played different traditional Filipino games. We also organized
activities for parents, such as tree planting and clean-up drives. We had a great time participating
in these activities because we learned new things while contributing to the protection and care of
our environment.

We recently celebrated Family Day, Nutrition Month, and Sports Fest all in one day. We had
different activities such as a cook fest competition, a contest for creating posters and slogans, a
singing contest, and the traditional Filipino games called "palaro ng lahi." I was very excited to
participate in the singing contest, and although I didn't win, however, it was alright. I also took
part in the poster-making contest, and I'm proud to say that I won 3rd place, my mother was the
one who received my certificate because I had to run an errand. Additionally, we enjoyed
playing various parlor games and palaro ng lahi. Everyone had fun during that day.

Having you in our lives is a blessing. It provides me with a better chance of having a brighter
future. Yes, sponsor, you are God's gift to me, and I am very grateful for this. Thank you,
sponsor, for extending your love, concern, and resources to me. I assure you that I will do my
best to fulfill my goals in life. I want to make you proud of me someday.

Until then, my sponsor, may God bless you with your heart's desires. Godspeed!

With much love and hope,

Zandro
