INGREDIENTS
for marination:
▢1 tsp ginger garlic paste
▢½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
▢¾ tsp chaat masala
▢1 tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves
▢¼ tsp salt
Cubes of paneer/cottage cheese.
Points to be noted:
firstly, press and wipe off excess moisture from paneer, else
it may splutter in oil.
also using rice flour gives a crispy texture to pakora. you can
replace rice flour with cornflour for extra crispiness.
additionally, slit the paneer in the center and stuff with spice
mix instead of coating it outside.
finally, paneer pakora recipe or paneer bajji tastes great
when served hot.
