Project Completion and Acceptance Agreement

This document will serve as proof that the client has accepted the finished project and is satisfied with
the work. The agreement should cover:

 Description of Services: A detailed outline of the services provided or the assets developed.

 Acceptance Criteria: Specific criteria or benchmarks that were to be met as per the initial
agreement.

 Client's Approval: A clause or section where the client indicates they have reviewed and
accepted the final product.

2. Payment and No Chargeback Clause

This section of the agreement focuses on the financial transaction:

 Final Payment Acknowledgment: State that the client acknowledges that they've made the final
payment.

 No Chargeback Clause: Explicitly mention that by signing the agreement, the client waives any
right to initiate a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. They acknowledge that
they've received the services or goods as described.

3. Confidentiality Clause

If you've had access to a client's private information or trade secrets, this clause ensures both parties
agree not to disclose any confidential information.

4. Non-Disparagement Clause

This clause prevents both parties from making defamatory or damaging statements about the other
post-project completion.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Include any warranties you offer on your work, as well as clauses that limit your liability should anything
go wrong after the handover.

6. Dispute Resolution

Outline processes for resolving any potential disputes, possibly including mediation or arbitration
procedures before litigation.

7. Governing Law

Specify the jurisdiction's laws under which any disputes will be settled.

8. Termination of Services

Acknowledge that with the handover of assets and completion of the project, the professional
relationship for the said project terminates, unless otherwise agreed upon for future collaborations.

9. Signatures
Ensure both parties sign and date the agreement. It's also wise to have the document notarized for
added legal protection.
