Environmental & Sustainability Policy

We are a specialist Fit-out, Facility Management & Green Energy contractor that offers a modern
service for anything from small FM contracts to complete large scale Fit-Out projects. We are a
one stop shop for your construction requirements.

With many years’ experience in the sector mainly covering London and the Southeast we have refined
our services for the modern construction market, our team is constantly evolving with technology in
the products and services we offer complete with cloud-based management systems.

We will maintain an environmental management system, as part of our Integrated Management

System, in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001. Consideration of environmental issues will
be taken into account when producing our Company’s aims and objectives.

We are committed to:

• Conducting regular management reviews of our environmental performance.

• Developing and reviewing our objectives and targets to continually improve our
environmental performance.
• Complying with applicable environmental legislation and any applicable other requirements.
• Ensuring openness of our environmental activities with all stakeholders including employees,
customers, suppliers, and regulators.
• Providing continual training and involving all employees in our environmental improvement
programs.
• Ensuring a high standard of behavior throughout the company including on site.
• Working with our customers to promote ways of reducing their energy consumption where
practicable.
• Minimising waste to landfill through reuse and recycling where possible.
• Minimising our own energy usage by involving all members of staff in energy conservation
initiatives at our head office.
• Preventing pollution through training and education and the way we do business.

To meet our commitments, we will:

• Comply with all laws governing the environment.

• Strive to better understand both the direct and indirect impact that our practices may have on
the environment.
• Minimize or offset our impact on the environment.
• Shift all company vehicles to Electric Vehicles
• Generate Renewable Energy to cover 100% of our usages
• Work towards the conservation of energy, water and resources in all our operations.
• Dispose of waste thoughtfully, and follow the waste hierarchy of ‘Avoid, Reduce, Reuse,
Recycle’.
• Lessen our environmental impact by purchasing environmentally-friendly products and services.
• Take steps to continually improve environmental performance.
• Protect and support biodiversity.
• Conduct audits, evaluations, and self-assessments of the implementation of this policy.
• Work with our entire supply chain in order to gain mutual benefits of incorporating
environmentally sustainable goals into everyday business.
• Be an environmentally responsible neighbor in our community.
• Promote environmental awareness throughout all operations of the company.
• Foster a sustainably aware culture, where responsibility is assigned and understood.
• Strive to raise awareness in the community, encourage participation and train employees in
environmental and social matters.
