Mission
Food Twister Company is committed to provide delicious, healthy and
unique food products with a heartening purpose to cater the consumer’s needs,
taste, and preferences rather than simply convincing our consumers to try and
like whatever products we develop.
Vision
The company aim for continuously generate awareness, interest and
desire for our product, resulting in frequent purchases by the consumers. The
management will promise the consumer to provide the healthy and quality
product with reasonable price.
Management Aspects
This includes a study of the officers and personnel, business
organizations, forms of ownership, manpower skills requirement, work schedule,
hiring process, uniform requirements, the permits that the management needs
before starting operating a business and project schedule. This is to determine
the option effectiveness of the organizational set up and the qualification of the
individuals who make up the organization. This will also determine the successful
realization of the study.
Food Twister Company is a sole proprietor business; the sole owner will
be the over-all in charge day to day operations and management of the business.
Market Analysis
The proponents choose barangay Guitnang Bayan 1 as their target market
because it is near where the proponents residing at. Also, this location is near in
the schools like SMMC, SMNHS, NSDAPS, GBES, etc. And since we are near
the school around us the company decided to give fliers to the people passing by
our store and outside the school. We also decided to post on social media like
facebook about the updates on our store because one of our target markets is
teenager and teenagers are super addict to social media.
Investment Cost
Since Mr. Mark Anthony A. Empeynado is a sole proprietor he is the only
one who invested to establish this business. He invested ₱200,000 to be able to
start this business.
