5:45 am Board the buses at Coginchaug High School
6:00 am The buses will depart from Coginchaug for Washington, DC
11:30 am Lunch at Jimmy John’s in Baltimore - Included
1:00 pm Boat tour of Baltimore Harbor - 45 Minutes
3:45 pm The buses will arrive at the Air and Space Museum’s Udvar-Hazy Center
5:30 pm The buses will depart from the Udvar-Hazy Center for dinner
5:45 pm Dinner at Buon Appetito - Included
7:15 pm The buses will depart from the restaurant for Washington, DC
8:15 pm Illuminated visit to the memorials in Washington, DC
10:00 pm Approx. arrival at the hotel The Embassy Suites Georgetown

6:45 am Wake Up calls
7:15 am Breakfast buffet at the hotel - Included
8:00 am Load the buses at the hotel
8:15 am The buses will depart from the hotel for Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veteran’s
Memorial, and the Korean War Memorial.
10:00 am Walk to and visit the Martin Luther King Memorial and the memorial to
Franklin Delano Roosevelt
11:00 am Load the buses
11:20 am The buses will arrive at the west front of the US Capitol
11:30 am A group photo will be taken on the steps of the US House of Representatives
12:00 pm The group will enter and clear security at the US Capitol Visitor’s Center
Free Time to include: --Lunch at the US Capitol Visitors Cafeteria-$20 cash provided
--Tour of the US Capitol Building: 12:40 pm -50 Tickets
1:40 pm -50 Tickets
--Visit to the House Chamber using House Gallery passes
--Visit to the Supreme Court Building
--Visit to the Library of Congress
--Visit to the US Botanic Garden
3:30 pm Load the buses at west front of the US Capitol
The buses will depart from Washington, DC for the hotel
The group will have time to change and get ready for Dinner and the Kennedy Center
5:30 pm Dinner at Maggiano’s Restaurant in Chevy Chase - Included
6:45 pm Load the buses for the ride to the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts
7:15 pm Time to visit the Kennedy Center complex
7:45 pm Everyone must be seated in the Kennedy Center Theater Lab for the performance
8:00 pm The group will see a performance of SHEAR MADNESS
10:15 pm The buses will depart from the Kennedy Center for the hotel
10:30 pm The buses will arrive at the hotel
10:30 pm Snacks will be provided to the group at the hotel - Pizza
11:30 pm Room checks will be conducted by the chaperones

8:45 am The buses will depart from the hotel for The White House
9:15 am Visit to the White House for photos outside of the North Portico
10:00 am The buses will bring the group to Arlington National Cemetery
10:15 am The buses will arrive at Arlington National Cemetery
Everyone will walk to the Kennedy Gravesites and the Tomb of the Unknows
12:15 pm Coginchaug will conduct a Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Tomb
1:00 pm The buses will depart from Arlington for the Natural History Museum
1:15 pm Lunch is on your own at the Natural History Museum cafeteria - $20 cash provided
2:00 pm Free Time to Include: --Smithsonian Museum of Natural History
--Smithsonian Museum of American History
--The National Archives
--The National Gallery of Art
--The Museum of African-American History and Culture
--The International Spy Museum
5:30 pm Load the buses at the Smithsonian Museum of American History
Visit the Jefferson Memorial
6:30 pm Board the dinner cruise at the Washington DC Waterfront
7:00 pm Dinner cruise on the Potomac River - Included
9:45 pm Load the buses at the Washington DC Waterfront
10:00 pm The buses will depart from Washington, DC for the hotel

9:00 am Admission into the National Zoological Park
11:30 am Load the buses at the Zoo - The buses will depart for Connecticut
Lunch stop on the way home - $15 cash provided
