1. Executive Summary
The name of our business organization is “রঙিন হ েঁ সেল”, since our kitchen stuffs are painted in
different colors, we named it রঙিন হ েঁ সেল and the motto of our business is “ঙিসে ও রন্ধসন ভসর উঠু ক রান্নাঘর”.
Basically, we collect our required wooden stuffs from wholesale stores at a cheaper rate then we
make our customizations. We paint, engrave and design the product as per customer’s
requirements and our own choice. Initially, we've twenty-three number of products. Some of our
products are stated here- mixing spoon combo with stand, mixing spoon combo, Mixing Spoon,
Mug leaser printed, Mug colored design, Cup, Spoon, Saucer, Soup bowl, Chopstick, Plate, Tray,
Salt cellar, Chopping board, Mortar & pestle, Lemon squeezer, Hand masher, Honey dipper. Price
range of these products are from Tk 60 to Tk 450. Our financial planning has been described in
this report. Since our business has just started, we're following ''market penetration strategy'' to
enter into the market at a lower price rate of our product, so now we're in break-even situation. At
the beginning of our business, we are not focusing on making profit rather we are focusing on
grabbing the market and customer attraction.
We have an online platform to display our products. We sell on outlets and also though Facebook

SWOT Analysis is a very effective tool used in the business industry to form strategies. We
synthesize the data from internal factors to find out our Strengths and Weaknesses and external
factors to identify the Threats and Opportunities. The strategy will help us to capitalize on the
opportunities using all the strengths. It will also help to avoid the threats and minimize the

3. Marketing Strategy
Marketing strategy is a plan of action designed to promote and sell a product or service. It refers
to the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis.
Segmentation
Segmentation is the assignment of characteristics to entire customer base and separating them into
several different audiences based on data acquired. There are three types of segmentation that are
used frequently in রঙিন হ সেেঁল:
a. Geographic segmentation: Our products are segmented at various location in all over the
country.
b. Behavioral segmentation: All of our products are segmented based on why, how, and how
frequently customers interact with our website or Facebook page.
c. Psychographic segmentation: In this segmentation, products are dividing based on
customers’ lifestyle, hobbies as our products included art.
Targeting
In targeting, we need to look at the segments that have created before and determine which of those
segments are most likely to generate desired conversions. Here, the people who connected to
kitchen like women, professional chefs etc. are our major target customers.
Positioning
Positioning refers to the place that a brand occupies in the minds of the customers and how it is
distinguished from the products of the competitors. There are some positioning factors that help
us to gain a competitive edge:
a. Symbolic positioning: The art used in our products boost the customer’s self-esteem,
image, and confidence.
b. Experimental positioning: This positioning focus on the emotional connection that our
customers have with our products and that is the art work doing on our products.

from wholesaler and then we customize it. We will sell our products through our Facebook page

the business grows sales will increases thus production and promotional cost will decreases, our
business will pass the Break-even point and after that period রঙিন হ েঁ সেল will continue to make profit.
