Title: Tech Lead – Front-end Pod

Location: Offshore - Mexico

Shift: 8 - 5pm EST

Overview:

This role will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing in the front-end Pod. The
team sizes will be 3 developers, one mid-level and two jrs. The lead will be responsible for
managing and delegating tasks to the team as well as the execution of their deliverables and
reporting back to the client/AssistRx on their progress. This role will also be responsible for
making sure the quality of the team's work is meeting if not exceeding the expectations of
AssistRx while also meeting set deadlines.

Job Description

 Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many cross
functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
 Experience with short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous
integration.
 Experience with microservice architecture and platform-based development.
 Responsible for development process improvement and removing impediments.
 Contributes to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications to assist
teams with release commitments.
 Coaching and mentoring leads through technical and nontechnical challenges.

Required Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field

or equivalent work experience is required.
 10+ years experience in software development.
 Leading a team.
 Full stack developers with a background in C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, ASP.NET,
Software development and Software engineering,
 Experience(s) as a technical or team lead or equivalent experience.
 Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns or
equivalent experience, and object-oriented software design.
 Desire to be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment.
