RESIDENTIAL MC SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT

Charges for snow removal will be based on the size of the area involved. The area to be cleared will be
agreed before the start of the service.

The services to be provided by the contractor will include the following:

1) Supply and install driveway markers. The customers shall not be permitted to move a driveway
marker without the consent of the contractor. In the event the customer moves a driveway marker
without the consent of the contractor, which action causes damage to the customer’s property, the
contractor shall not be responsible for any damage caused during the snow removal.
2) All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner according to the standard industry practices.

The customer shall be responsible to complete the following:

1) To pick up newspapers and flyers from the driveway at any given time.
2) To remove outdoor furniture, firewood, toys and other items from the areas in which the contractor
will be working.
3) To removed vehicles for final cleanup of the driveway. Please note that if vehicles are NOT removed,
the customer will be responsible for final cleanup in areas where the equipment is not able to access.

The price for the snow removal from the agreed area is $ (HST) included). Payment of
the contract shall be as follows:

1) Payment of full amount on or before October 15th 2022, or


2) Two payments for one half of the total on or before October 15th 2022 and January 15th 2023.
3) Payments must be made in cash, e-transfer or cheques made payable to MC Snow Removal on or
before October 15th.
4) Contract is not valid unless accompanied by payment.

Please ensure that there are no obstacles in the area to be plowed, as this contractor/snow removal
operator is not liable for any damages. Contractor also assumes no liability for any damaged caused by
piled-up snow, or damage to any items that are not visible due to snow coverage. If the driveway/parking
lot is a gravel driveway or parking lot, the contractor shall not be responsible for any damaged caused by
flying gravel during the snow removal. Contractor also assumes no liability for any injury resulting from a
slip and fall.
