A. Significant impact of having a Commpetitors.

B. Strategy and Technique for gaining more costumers.

C. Managing time between work and family.

INTRODUCTION

(Discuss here the brief overview and rationale of your field study)

Field work is the process of observing and collecting data about people, cultures, and natural
environments. This study aims to provide information about how our vendors faced or overcome
some conflict on their chosen field, especially in having a lot of Competitors this days. How do
they overcome those problem? And how do they manage their time?

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES

What: We want to know if what conflict do they faced, And how do they overcome those.
Where: Pontevedra Public Market

Why: To be aware on problem that our vendors experience so that if we plan to make some
business we have an idea how to deal with those problem.

Who: We have three interviewee but they choose to hide their surname.

Interviewee #1- Mrs. Merlinda

Interviewee #2- Mr. Erwin

Interviewee #3- Mr. Jepjep

ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

Questions:

Q1. What are the impact of competitors on your sale?

Q2. What are your technique or strategy to gather or gain more costumer than others?

Q3. How do you manage your time on your family and work?

Answers:

Interviewee #1 : Mrs. Merlinda

A1 : Ofcourse because i have many competitors, there are only few people buy from my
vegetables.

A2: I lower the price of vegetables and other, so that many people will buy from me.

A3: I will give time to sell my products (vegetables) and i will also give time to bond with my family.
Interviewee #2: Mr. Erwin

A1: Sometimes the income is very low, because other costumers already prioritized where they
will buy.

A2: I encourage the costumer to buy from my store and sometimes i give them extra but free
when they buy.

A3: I wake up early and prepare my vegetables and go to the market to sell and display and in the
noon i go home to cook our launch with my family
Interviewee #3: Mr. Jepjep

A1: Our sales became weak and sometimes there is no buyer at all.

A2: If there are costumers passing by, we call them to buy our products (chickens and frozen
foods) , because if we just look at them, they will just look at us and leave.

A3: Ofcourse in the morningg i will sell and in the evening i will bond with my family
