 Pending Suspect upon arrival at his
house was shot once from
behind by the suspect using
a firearm of unknown
caliber,suspect sustain a
gunshot wound on his back.
Suspect was turned over to Suspect while playing the
DSWD gun of his father pointed to
the suspect and accidentally
pull the trigger and hit the
victim on his right eye that
resulted of his death.
Case is now pending before
this office. Accordingly
victim will pursue a case
against the suspect when he
fully recovered from his
injury.
